We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

- the item has not been worn or damaged
- the item includes original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- custom or personalized jewelry
- resized or altered items
- special orders
- final sale items
- earrings (for hygiene reasons, if you want stricter policy)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number
- Wait for return approval and instructions
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- processing time may take 5–10 business days
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account restrictions.
